RECIRCULATION PUMP

Hot water recirculation pumps are a convenient way to ensure that you have immediate hot water from the tap. These systems slowly pump hot water through your hot water pipes and back to the water heater through either a dedicated line or through the cold water line. Recirculation pumps are suggested for large homes, homes with tankless water heaters, and those who don't like waiting for the shower to warm up.

Pressure Regulator.jpg

PRESSURE REGULATOR

A water pressure regulator is a valve that reduces the water pressure coming from the main water line into the house. This valve brings down the pressure to a safe level before the water reaches any plumbing fixtures inside the home. The pressure regulator is the most important piece of your plumbing because it affects all your other appliances
and reduces the likelihood of pipes leaking or bursting.

EXPANSION TANK

Thermal expansion tanks promote pressure relief for your water heater. As water heats, it expands, and without a way for the pressure to be alleviated, your water heater has to absorb the expansion and this effects the entire home's water pressure. Thermal expansion tanks are typically only necessary for larger tanks.
